1. Delivery Time

  • UAE: 1–3 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be available for selected cities, promotions, or qualifying orders.

  • A AED 10 delivery surcharge may apply to remote locations, depending on the delivery address.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of successful order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Failed Deliveries

If our courier is unable to deliver your order because the recipient is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or cannot be contacted, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
